Petite Me understands your concerns regarding privacy and designed this policy as a part of our strong commitment to you. Petite Me, LLC is a family owned business and we will never sell, lease, or share any of our customer's personal information.
When registering as a member of Petite Me, we will ask you to provide your name and email address. We will use this information to notify you of promotional opportunities and discount offers. When you order products, we will also need your billing and shipping information. This information will only be used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes and again will not be shared for any other purpose than for your enjoyment of Petite Me products.
Petite Me’s Assurance of Site Security
Because our members and their privacy are a top priority at Petite Me, we use the most secure transaction software available. All credit card orders on Petite Me are processed on a secure gateway via Authorize.Net and processed through Citibank Merchant Services, one of the safest providers. Any credit card or other personal information you provide Petite Me is protected by encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). Only Petite Me can decrypt this secure information.

RETURN POLICY
Petite Me strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days from the date received. Contact Petite Me Customer Service for a UPS return label, which will be sent via mail or email. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. All items must not have been worn and all tags must be attached.
Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are noted in the product description.
SHIPPING POLICY
Petite Me strives to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care and pride in each and every order no matter how big or small.
Orders are shipped via UPS. The average UPS ground shipping time is 2-5 days for all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
